We’re looking for new spins on the

seasoned with fresh herbs and cooked in a lemony sauce. Is ground lamb or fish the
meat of choice? Maybe you combine meats, such as beef, pork, sausage, and/or veal.
What do you use in place of traditional bread crumbs? Do you fold in diced veggies
or salsa? Tell us whether you grill, fry, or bake your meatballs and what sort of sauce
you serve them with. Send us your most flavorful recipe.
CREATIVE CORN BREADS
Send usyour best recipe that has something special or
creative added to the batter. It can be sweet, savory, or in between. Perhaps you add
flavor with a spice, herb, diced or grated vegetables, or cheese. Do you use a flavored
oil or browned butter? Maybe you use fresh juice or buttermilk as your liquid. Do you
prefer white, yellow, or blue cornmeal? Bake it in a square or round baking dish, loaf
pan, regular size or mini muffin tins, corn stick pan, or a classic cast iron skillet.
